Are you an experienced Chef de Partie searching for your next temporary role? Join our vibrant kitchen team at a popular leisure centre restaurant in Oxford, where fresh food, teamwork, and customer satisfaction come first. We are looking for an adaptable and skilled CDP to make an immediate impact in our fast-paced environment.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: CHEF DE PARTIE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as CDP or strong Demi Chef de Partie in fresh food establishments
• Proven ability to deliver great service during high-volume shifts
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certification (desirable)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• DBS clearance is a bonus, but not essential

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards during busy service periods
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food
• Maintain food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards at all times
• Efficiently organize your section and support other team members as needed
• Assist with stock rotation, minimization of food wastage, and kitchen cleanliness
• Adapt to daily requirements and special functions within the leisure centre
