Temporary Chef de Partie (x2) – Fresh Food Italian Restaurant – Leeds We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Chef de Parties to support a busy, fresh food Italian restaurant in Leeds, specialising in authentic regional dishes. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity, ideal for chefs who thrive in fast-paced kitchens and can confidently step into service. The Role: Position: Chef de Partie (x2) Start Date: Around 23rd March Temporary ongoing assignment Working 5 days over 7 High-volume, fresh food environment £15.12 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) Key Responsibilities: Running a busy pasta section with confidence and consistency Preparing and cooking fresh, regional Italian dishes Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Working efficiently under pressure during peak service Supporting the wider kitchen team What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen Strong experience on pasta or similar high-volume sections Ability to hit the ground running in a busy service Passion for Italian cuisine and fresh ingredients Reliable and team-focused attitude What’s on Offer: Ongoing temporary work with a reputable client Competitive hourly rate paid weekly Immediate start available If you’re a confident Chef de Partie available for temporary work and ready to jump into a busy kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
