Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Chief Engineer to join a well-run sailing programme, joining 1st June in STP Palma. This is initially a 3-month cover role through to the end of August. The role requires a minimum Y3 certification with a strong all-round engineering skillset across electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems. Sailing knowledge would be a bonus. You will be joining a capable and dynamic crew, working closely with a strong 2nd Engineer, so a hands-on, team-focused and proactive approach is key. The yacht will operate a Mediterranean charter season before heading to the Caribbean, with longer-term plans to continue through to the Pacific. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a solid programme with potential for longevity. Responsibilities
