Requirements Key Responsibilities As a Temporary Client Advisor, you will support the store team by delivering an elevated client experience and driving sales performance during a defined assignment period. Provide exceptional sales and customer service aligned with MCM brand standards Engage clients through personalized and creative selling techniques Support clienteling initiatives, including outreach and post-sale follow-up as needed Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals during the assignment period Assist with visual standards and overall maintenance of the selling floor Support inventory management in both the stockroom and on the sales floor Handle customer repairs and assist clients with fit, styling, and product knowledge Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day store operations Experience & Key Competencies Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of luxury service standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively Positive, outgoing, and high-energy personality with a sales-driven attitude Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email) Passion for fashion and luxury, with a results-oriented mindset Flexible availability to meet business needs during the temporary assignment
