JOB DESCRIPTION - TEMPORARY CONFERENCE & EVENTS COORDINATOR Duration: 12-week assignment with possible extension Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:30pm Job Type: Full-Time (Temporary) Pay: $30.00/hour Work Location: In person Important: This is a temporary assignment - lasting 12 weeks with a possible extension. We are seeking an experienced, organized > administrator/coordinator with strong communication skills and a proactive, > can-do attitude to support the team’s efforts. > Key Qualifications: > * 3+ years of administrative experience > * 1+ year of events management experience (Required) > * 1+ year of customer service experience (Required) > * Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills > * Ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions > * Excellent communication skills across all levels > * Proven ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal direction > * Strong time management and prioritization skills > * Flexible, responsive, and able to adapt to schedule changes > * Reliable transportation and ability to commute > > Responsibilities: > * Manage Conference + Event Services calendar and communications > * Answer and triage phone calls and emails > * Conduct weekly conference room walkthroughs and provide status updates > * Utilize the reservation system for space coordination > * Coordinate facility work orders (furniture setups, janitorial, electrical, > etc.) > * Support basic AV needs including Webex, video conferencing, Keynote, and > microphones > * Provide a high level of customer service to stakeholders > * Ensure accuracy of reservation tool details and maintain up-to-date > standard operating procedures and team documentation.  > * Responsibilities may expand based on operational needs and may include > additional tasks as assigned   Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-Time - TEMPORARY Pay: $30.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday  * Temporary - 12weeks with possible extension * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Weekdays only     #IND Qualifications Key Qualifications: * 3+years' experience as an Admin * You are proactive and a team player * Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. * Able to analyze situations, develop creative solutions, and see around corners to anticipate (and solve for) problems. * Superior communication skills, with an ability to summarize and share relevant information in a clear and easy-to-understand way, across all levels.
