Job Overview
We are well established in Canada and currently seeking a top performing Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to join us in growing our Canadian presence. Responsible for all aspect of the Ship and Debit program for Hubbell Canada’s external customers Requires a thorough understanding of SOP and department work instructions inclusive. Willingness to acquire product knowledge on an ongoing basis for HES product platforms and customer service operating procedures for HC ULC provided in Paradigm. This position must maintain a strong working relationship within the organization for better communication and swift problem resolution. Understanding and projecting a Customer First attitude to internal and external personnel, distributors and end customers.

A Day In The Life

  • Review & categorize all SnD claims received via the general email inbox
  • Contact external customers if required information not initially received
  • Validate and process SnD claims in SAP
  • Work closely w/Finance, provide information to clear credits, solve issues identified
  • Review paybacks prior to sending final copy to customers
  • Review & work/customers on resolving any discrepancies on their SnD claims
  • Create additional credits as required
  • Work effectively to deadlines w/accuracy & attention to details
  • Prepare reports, analyses, summaries as required
  • Provide telephone backup to reception during breaks, lunch, vacation & any other full day absences
  • Maintain safety & good housekeeping standards in compliance w/departmental 5S & visual controls
  • Other duties as assigned

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Accounting Courses: Diploma with previous general account work experience
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Computer Skills: Must have strong Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills.
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Bilingual in French/English a definite asset.
  • Location & Eligibility: Must live in Canada, be authorized to work here, from our Pickering, Ontario office.
