Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service including but not limited to processing and packing orders, resolving customer issues, and facilitating returns and exchanges
Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners for order processing, inventory control, and delivery scheduling to ensure that all deliveries are fulfilled promptly
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
