Description Position Summary The Electronics Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data related to electronic components, suppliers, compliance, and product lifecycle. This role supports supply chain, engineering, and operations teams by ensuring accurate data is available for decision-making, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collect and manage data related to: o Electronic components and BOMs o Supplier information and performance o Compliance data (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, EMRT) o Product lifecycle status (Active, NRND, EOL) · Evaluate supplier responses for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. · Communicate compliance requirements and deadlines to suppliers. · Analyze component and supplier data to identify risks, trends, and gaps. · Maintain accurate records in Excel, ERP, PLM, or compliance systems. · Create reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. · Support sourcing, engineering, and operations with data-driven insights. · Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with suppliers or internal teams. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred Proven experience in collecting, managing and reporting large amounts of data · Organization and time management · Problem-solving and risk identification · Strong Excel skills (data tracking, validation, reporting). · High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets. *This is a temp position with temporary, full-time position expected to last up to 12 months.
