Why Join As a Temp Executive in Compensation & Benefits team, you will play a critical role in shaping the bank's compensation and benefits strategy. You will work on exciting projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, and contribute to the development of policies and programs that impact the lives of our employees This is a 1-year contract position, under the contract through our partnered Recruitment Agency. How you succeed Be a key support for the Group Compensation & Benefits team partnering with multiple entities across OCBC Group to implement mobility and benefits initiatives. What you do Support the implementation of the mobility programmes across OCBC Group which includes liaising and coordinating with relocation and tax vendors, ensuring the vendors are managing the processes as per our requirements. Support the team from a system perspective with communication to employees on selected compensation programmes. Support the team in preparation of documents/information for annual due diligence with existing vendors, which includes acting as point of contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors. Support Share Portal system enhancements, including requirements gathering and UAT. Support Share Plan Administration across all 3 share plans (ESPP, ESOS and DSP). Support regulatory reporting and disclosures, where required. Who you work with Group Human Resources People are our most important asset. Who you are Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and experience in vendor management will be an advantage. Strong attention to details with good project management skills. Meticulous, analytical and numerate. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Team-player with good communication skills and the ability to engage and partner with vendors and multiple stakeholders.
