We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ground Facilitator. As a Ground Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and engaging experience for our visitors, particularly young children ages 8 and below. You will be responsible for facilitating gallery activities, ensuring safe play at different exhibit zones, assisting in events and workshop preparations, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to commit for at least 3 to 6 months.
· Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortable speaking in front of a group and delivering clear instructions.
· Physical stamina to stand for long hours.
· Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all visitors, regardless of their background or abilities.
· Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is a plus.
