Description

Strong experience on one of the Integration platforms like Rhapsody (5 years of minimum experience ) and Cloverleaf (2 years of minimum experience) Any other Integration platform. Good to have- Understanding of Healthcare data standards like HL7, CDA, FHIR etc Good to have- Experience on Axway product suite( Managed file transfer) Understand customer requirement, develop and evaluate alternative integration solutions Analyse problems, conduct root cause analysis with the team and help in resolution of the problems using defined problem management procedure Involvement with resolution of complex issues that may arise in a production environment Mentor and guide team on technology, frameworks, processes and ensure quality of deliverables as per agreed SLAs Prepare status reports and present the same to the customer and other stakeholders Coordinate with internal as well as external teams located both at onshore and offshore for deliveries and status Able to perform framework changes and do impact analysis Schedule and monitor the tasks assigned to the team Good Communication
