We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Open Learning: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing daily frontline counter services; Performing general office administrative & clerical duties; and Assigning in ad-hoc office tasks as assigned. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with a recognized degree; Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners, preference will be given to those with experience in student services in tertiary institutions; Willing to work on shift, including day time and evenings on weekdays as well as weekends / public holidays; and Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
