Description

We are looking to hire Temp Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Drive corporate accounting and develop MIS to cater to both local business needs and overseas monthly reporting for Kohler Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa businesses. Responsible for book closing and monthly reporting and assist in Internal and Statutory Audit. Drive operating efficiency through review of operating expenses, budgets, etc. and liaising with local consultants to meet local statutory requirements.
Also, responsible for Financial & Capital Planning of the Business. Coordinating with various departments for Budget, forecast of Revenue & Capital Expenses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reporting of results to parent organization and management
  • Month Closing and review of various PL & Balance sheet heads
  • Explaining variances with respect to projections and actual
  • Preparation and analysis of Management reports with suitable recommendations * Ad-hoc reporting to support management decision making
  • Reporting to headquarters with strict adherence to reporting calendar
  • Coordination with inter-functional teams to prepare quality MIS and also enhancing company’s business knowledge for long term professional growth
  • Preparation of monthly projections for different channels and categories
  • Liaising with various stakeholders across organization to ensure accurate and timely submission
  • Aiding in preparation of financial plan for one to five year horizon
  • Taking sole responsibility for planning and reviewing Direct and Indirect operating expenses
  • Liaising with different stake holders for preparation of Capital plan and analysing financial viability of different projects.
  • Coordinating with Shared Services team for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations

. * Implementation of accounting policies and monitoring of internal controls.

  • Liaising with tax consultants assist in matters impacting the company
  • Coordinate with source plants to work out product level costing

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Chartered Accountant or equivalent (preferred)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 5-7 Years
Good communication skill Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required Due to extensive usage of Excel, should be well acquainted with relevant excel commands andpast experience should speak out Experience of working on SAP (FICO Operations)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
