Developing and organizational change management and internal communication strategies, plans, and content to support global transformation initiatives, creating clarity and increasing employee engagement. Developing strategies to engage with a diverse slate of stakeholders across the global organization at multiple levels. Projects gravitas and confidently convey subject matter expertise to peers, teams, and leaders. Works effectively and successfully in a highly matrixed, global and cross-cultural organization - relying more on influence than direct authority. Models exceptional organizational, time/project management skills as well as expert analytical and problem-solving skills. Engages enthusiastically at both the hands-on as well as strategic levels, A team player who leads by example, with high accountability for his/her actions. Displays outstanding judgment, with a balance of confidence, maturity, refinement, and high energy OCM, communications and engagement strategy, concepts tools and techniques. Designing and implementing complex OCM programs and coaching change agents at all levels within an organization. * Adapting OCM strategies to respect and embrace diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives. Evaluating actions and programs to determine effectiveness and inform strategic decisions. Collaborating with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders at multiple levels and across countries and cultures. Managing multiple time-critical projects. 7+ years' experience in an OCM or related domain role, either internal or as a consultant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Certification or further studies in Organizational Change Management and/or related domains
