We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Temporary Warehouse Operative to join our team immediately until 23rd December 2025 to support us through our busiest period of the year.

Role Description
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in keeping our warehouse and logistics running smoothly during this busy season. Your main responsibility will be to ensure an efficient flow of goods and products, guaranteeing accurate and timely deliveries to our clients. You’ll work in a supportive team environment where your effort and attention to detail will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming products in designated warehouse areas.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, using tablets to pick and dispatch orders.
• Carry out regular inventory checks and keep stock records up to date.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with the team to meet daily productivity targets.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Training will be provided on-the-job after completing an initial e-learning course.

Contract and Working Hours

• Temporary contract until 23rd December 2025.
• Working hours to be mutually agreed to suit both business needs and applicant availability.
• Typical working times: Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
• No weekend or unsociable hours required.

Location
Our warehouse is located in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire.
