JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking administrator to join the Accounts team for 6-8 weeks fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts & Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant. Although this role is full time (8:30am - 5pm) we will consider part time applications.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE SKILLS IN:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Communication and organisation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sage Accounts (ideally)
Responsibilities
  • Daily use of Sage Accounts
  • Following up on all invoice/payment queries in a timely manner
  • Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts and aged creditors control
  • Act as the first point of contact for supplier queries
  • Follow up on all invoice/payment queries in a timely manner
  • Support general finance tasks as required by the team
  • Purchasing support
  • Telephone duties
