Description

Citadel Source is working in partnership with a successful financial services company based in Avonmouth to recruit a Temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant to assist with a backlog.
This is initially a three-month contract position, with the potential for extension. To be considered for the role, you will need to be available to start immediately or at very short notice.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the running of the accounts department
  • Managing and processing customer invoices
  • Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations
  • Receive payments, match them to corresponding invoices, and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation
  • Ensuring all customer account documentation is accurately filed
  • Regularly report to Credit Control on outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payment
