Description
Support programme planning, logistics coordination, and on-site execution for programmes under the NUS Enterprise International & Impact Programmes team, including the Summer Programme in Entrepreneurship, NUSOne entrepreneurship initiatives, and other ad-hoc programmes or projects. Assist in the coordination, training, and briefing of NUS student ambassadors prior to programme commencement. Liaise and coordinate with speakers, mentors, and company visit hosts on programme schedules and logistics. Support the curation and facilitation of participant engagement activities, including team bonding sessions and games. Assist with social media support, programme collaterals, and student engagement platforms where required. Provide administrative support related to programme management and operations. Perform other duties as assigned. This is an hourly-rated position. Please be informed that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage participants from diverse backgrounds. Logical thinker with good organisational and coordination skills.
