Temporary Assistant Executive (Memorial Facilities)

JOB SCOPE:

Working in the Memorial Facilities and Planning Division within the Public Health Services and Capabilities Group, you will assist to provide after-death care services at government after-death facilities i.e, Choa Chu Kang Cemetery.

• Assist to monitor ground situation and track status of work done and services
• Will be required to work on weekends and public holidays, including overnight shift if necessary.
• Provide directional assistance to member of public visiting the facilities
• Support crowd control at the facilities
• Assist supervisor to perform administrative duties
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor i.e, verification of burial plot

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Willing to work in after-death care service environment
• Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays and after office hours
• Able to perform night duties
• Possess good physical stamina to walk and stand for long durations every day, and to withstand exposure to weather conditions.
• Able to work independently as well as in teams
  Job Type: Contract
  Contract length: 3 months
  Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
