Responsibilities Translate marketing strategies into data-driven marketing initiatives to achieve business targets, with a focus to increase patronage, market share and revenue for High Speed Rail and Cross Boundary Segment Lead creative and media agencies to plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns, and ensure consistency in branding and message across all channels Explore collaborations and follow through with business partners for strategic partnership campaigns Develop all kinds of communication materials for ticketing education Direct vendors for social media content development and souvenir production Conduct business analysis and programme evaluation Requirements Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in marketing or advertising Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with good interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record in leading marketing campaigns with good business results A proactive, creative team player with sensible judgement and critical thinking Marketing experience in the Chinese Mainland and proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Remarks Appointment will be made on three-month renewable contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
