Wage: $15.00/hour
Location: 1002 37 St SW, Calgary, AB
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (some evenings/weekends as needed)
Term: Now through January 1st
Venues: Jubilations Dinner Theatre & Aussie Rules Piano Bar

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic team player to support our sales team. You’ll help manage guest inquiries, group bookings, ticket sales, and social media content—working across two of Calgary’s most exciting entertainment venues.
This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves live events, enjoys talking to people, and wants to build experience in sales and marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Respond quickly to guest inquiries and manage leads
• Help with group bookings and ticket sales
• Support box office operations and upsell where possible
• Assist with outreach calls and marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule social media content
• Keep communication flowing between departments
