Description This position works onsite at our East Point location every day. Where You’ll Work: Accounts Payable / Accounting About the Role: This Temporary Associate supports the Atlanta Community Food Bank’s mission through short-term, project-based, or seasonal work within the assigned department. This role is designed to provide operational and administrative support while maintaining flexibility to meet organizational needs. This is a temporary, non-benefits-eligible position. What You’ll Do: Enter vendor invoices into NetSuite accurately and in accordance with documented procedures Perform invoice-to-PO and receipt matching using existing system data Verify invoice information for completeness and accuracy prior to entry Assist with vendor setup by entering required information and documentation into NetSuite Prepare invoices and supporting documentation for payment processing and review Enter and review employee expense reports following established guidelines Flag discrepancies, missing information, or system issues for supervisor review Support month-end close activities through timely data entry and validation Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls Complete other routine AP data entry and administrative tasks as assigned Key Competencies we look for in All our Food Bankers are: Customer Focus Decision Making Accountability The Ability to Navigate Change If you’re excited about this role and can clearly demonstrate these and the other skills named below, we encourage you to apply.
