Requirements Comprehensive knife skills, cold & hot line knowledge to include classic knife cuts and multiple cooking techniques. Management of special requests and aggressive ticket times is essential. Ability to multi-task, team-oriented, positive attitude, flexibility is a must. Safe food handling and sanitation is paramount. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; bend, twist, squat, stoop, reach above head. Follow direction from supervisors and assimilate critique as part of daily growth. Focus on teamwork and constant and regular communication with fellow employees and supervisors. Follow daily checklist and report any issues or challenges to management team. Previous experience in high volume, upscale, from-scratch kitchen. English proficiency. Positive, team-oriented attitude is a must. Prior Hotel / Resort experience preferred.
