Your future role at a glance Location: Remote Department: HR Shared Services and Operations Schedule: Day shift l Full-time Salary range: $24.73 per hour #HRJob #LI-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role Administer associate data, position data, benefits data, and/or contingent staffing life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, data updates, and termination. Problem solve and complete a variety of associate life cycle data management transactions. Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by HR Shared Services and appropriately document case details in the case management system. Participate in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes, as needed. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
