We’re recruiting experienced and empathetic Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our supply team for temporary assignments across care homes, supported living, and community services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 months of experience in a care or support setting
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Moving & Handling / Safeguarding / Care Certificate
• Right to work in the UK

• Providing personal care, emotional support, and companionship
• Assisting with daily routines such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meals
• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
• Accurately recording observations, notes, or incidents
• Working as part of a team or independently in line with care plans
