Description

To assist customers, internal and external, with invoicing and purchased services to ensure all charges are levied correctly and revenue are collected in a timely manner as prescribed by Finance Department. To assist customers with cargo reservations and deliver high quality customer service.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Up to date knowledge and awareness of customers contracts and products
  • Ability to be very detailed in numerical capture
    Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.
    This position is full time with standard office hours 0900-1730, with some flexible working, based in our Cargo office at Heathrow Airport.

Responsibilities
  • Capture all air waybill information in accounts systems to ensure correctness of information and rating per air waybill.
  • Capture all additional charges as required per air waybill.
  • Maintain stock control of neutral air waybill’s in accounting system ensuring agents stocks are allocated and maintained as per Finance guidelines
  • Requisition document stocks as required.
  • Assign stocks in IATA CASS system to permit customers to access air waybill stocks.
  • Handle customer enquiries and queries in IATA CASS system.
  • Handling customer queries and working with cargo sales and operations staff to resolve customer queries.
  • Issue CCA and CE’s in line with company requirements.
  • Liaise with TCS to assist with station accounting needs when required.
  • Ensure finance times lines for capture and close of revenue returns are followed as per monthly guidelines.
  • Maintain appointed agents in accounts system in conjunction with Head Office and TCS
  • Complete and distribute end of month reports from accounting system as required
  • Provide customer service through accessing the reservations system and taking bookings to ensure compliance with company restrictions and embargos while delivering first class customer service.
  • Prepare flight and truck plans for GHA to maximise flight uplift ensuring flight and ULD configurations are complied with.
  • Ensure flight messaging is communicated to all up line and down line parties to plan for freighter operations.
  • Liaise with import customers and GHA to ensure delivery of cargo product.
  • Use all company approved systems to maximise efficiencies.
  • Assisting the Company with any other relevant tasks as and when required.
  • Covering team members in periods of absence.
