THE ROLE

We have a very busy September and October coming up! As we prepare to launch more exciting brands into our network. We’re looking for an individual to come on board to help our permanent team with the increased workload.

As a Trainer, you’ll be on the road (or train!), visiting our Host sites - operating partners like restaurants, pubs, hotels, and leisure venues that integrate our brands (mostly for delivery only). You’ll ensure their teams are set up for success through hands-on training across multiple areas:

  • Culinary Training – Teaching teams to prepare our brands to the highest standard using our carefully sourced ingredients.
  • Tech Training – Guiding staff on using Sessions’ technology, including hardware and backend software for operational monitoring.
  • Best Practice for Success – Sharing key insights, tips, and must-dos to help sites maximise their performance.
  • Equipment, Health & Safety, and Food Safety – Providing kitchen expertise to uphold our quality and compliance standards. You’ll also report concerns to Partner Success and Sales teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Travel frequently (up to 4 days per week) across the UK, working directly with our Host partners.
  • Onboard, launch & retrain food brands into partner kitchens.
  • Train teams on tech systems and success metrics.
  • Deliver brand training sessions and follow-up support.
  • Audit kitchens against KPI targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Success Managers and Business Development teams.
  • Assess kitchen capabilities and readiness.
  • Support the creation of training materials (playbooks, videos, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety standards.
