REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Passion for culinary arts with creativity in menu design and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
