JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Young Persons Support Workers to join our team, working with a client based in the Newport area of South East Wales. In this role, you will provide essential support to Young People, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. We also have other homes in various areas of Gwent we are currently seeking cover for.
