We are looking for Temporary Christmas Sales Advisors to work in our exciting Holt Christmas Pop Up Shop. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting the day to day running of the business. They will also be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining the day to day commercial, visual and operational expectations set by the Retail Manager. They must have a genuine passion for the brand and believe in putting the customer at heart at everything they do; ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

• Assist the supervisor with training and development of the store team, including shop processes and hand stamping
• Embrace a learning culture by delivering consistent communication, through regular feedback to the supervisor and manager
• Be aware of the wellbeing of your colleagues and customers alike, to help create an environment where there is a sense of belonging, care and honesty
• Be proactive with your own development, seeking out all development opportunities.
