We're on the lookout for multiple Claims Management Officers to join our dynamic, high-energy team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of claims, including lodgement, for cases ranging from straightforward to moderately complex. You’ll gain excellent exposure as you build and maintain strong working relationships with our partners to ensure a smooth and seamless claims experience Work Hours & Availability This role operates on an 8.5-hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. After the training period, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home four days a week Start Date: December 1, 2025 3-month opportunity with a possibility of an extension. This is a temporary role based in Eight Mile Plains, Meanjin (Brisbane).
