In this role, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of property claims, including lodgement, for cases ranging from straightforward to moderately complex. You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to ensure a smooth and seamless claims experience—all while supporting customers who may be experiencing heightened emotions during a difficult time. This is a temporary role based in Eight Mile Plains, Meanjin (Brisbane). Work Hours & Availability Commencing Tuesday 5 May, this 6 month temp role operates on an 8.5-hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. After training and demonstrated competency, this role offers WFH up to 3 days per week. What You'll Do • Manage end‑to‑end property claims, ensuring a compassionate and professional experience for each customer • Take approx. 15 inbound calls per day, each requiring detailed problem‑solving, empathy, and technical understanding • Lodge claims and assess information, including reading and interpreting reports. • Navigate multiple systems with accuracy • Work collaboratively with partners and internal teams to progress claims efficiently • Support customers through complex or emotionally heightened situations.
