We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Open Learning: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing daily frontline counter services; Performing general office administrative and clerical duties; Assisting with learning support and talent development activities; and Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: Level 2 or above in at least five HKDSE subjects, including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications; a recognized degree is preferred; A pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented manner with good interpersonal skills; preference will be given to candidates with experience in student services in tertiary institutions; Willingness to work on shifts, including daytime and evening duties on weekdays, as well as weekends and public holidays; Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua); and Qualifications in the arts and/or music are an advantage.
