  • Undertaking general administrative tasks and CRM database management.
  • Managing and processing emails in shared mailboxes.
  • Processing new sales opportunities and new sales orders.
  • Updating CRM systems and creating project records.
  • Managing new account applications.
  • Supporting reception duties and directing calls appropriately.
  • Assisting internal teams with customer portal management.
  • Supporting with payment applications and invoice processing.
  • Creating and maintaining quote and project files.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
