We are looking for an individual that is seeking a seasonal managerial role here at the City of North Platte. The Concession/Rides Assistant Manager provides support to the Park Supervisor and Concession/Rides Manager in the coordination of special functions within the city consisting of, but not limited to amusement rides and concessions during the season. This position will coordinate a variety of activities, including maintaining high standards of food, service, health, and safety. This position will be responsible for business performance through strategic planning, organizing shift patterns, and day-to-day management activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any combination of experience and training equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in restaurant, food service, hospitality management, or related field.
• Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license as required by the State of Nebraska.
