Job Summary 6 Month Contract/Around 40 Hours A Week The Consumer Liaison – Reception and Shipping provides support to our fast paced personal care consumer product research team. Primary duties include greeting consumers, handling consumer and client inquiries, and tracking consumer study participation by employing strong attention to detail and interacting with others, and coordinating product shipments to consumers for in-home product evaluation studies. Responsibilities · Handle panelists check-in/check-out, distribute and manage consent forms · Update participation and incentive amounts in the consumer database, ARCS · Study set up and clean up (when applicable) · Respond to panel inquiries timely, accurately, and professionally · Make confirmation and reminder phone calls · Receive product from research teams · Maintain product and shipping supply inventory · Coordinate with L’Oréal research teams on timelines, product codes, and other study details, following up on shipment details as needed · Prepares product for shipment, including forms and labels, return shipping materials, and instructions · Packs product · Requests UPS shipping labels from L’Oréal Mail Room for product shipments · Provide prepped and ready packages to L’Oréal Mail Room within study and shipment deadlines · Any other tasks and projects as assigned by management Skills Needed to be Successful · Strong task and time management skills · Extremely detail-oriented, committed to quality, ability to check own work effectively · Ability to clearly communicate with other departments · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy Experience Requirements · Post-secondary education or the equivalent of related job experience. · 2+ year(s) of prior reception/administrative experience. · 2+ year(s) of prior project or shipping coordination experience, or related job tasks. · Experience in consumer research is a plus. · Proficient in Microsoft Office products. · Knowledge of ARCS panel management software is a plus Physical Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For the Temporary Consumer Liaison – Reception and Shipping position located in Clark, NJ, we offer a starting pay rate range of $18.00-$20.00 based on the qualifications and experience of each individual. This is a temporary position, deemed non-exempt for overtime purposes, and, therefore, is subject to overtime compensation. As a New Jersey temporary employee, you will be eligible to accrue sick leave according to the company policy.
