TEMPORARY CONTRACT & PRICING ANALYST

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field required.
· Experience with contract or bid management, legal/contractual experience will be considered highly valuable, but is not required for this position. Those with legal or contractual experience may be given priority.
Additional Skills:
· Proven ability to use effectively use Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel required; BI analytic program experience is a plus!
· Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills are essential for this role. Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and friendly manner is paramount.
· Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to be a proactive self-starter with or without direct supervision is required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Communicate regularly with members of the sales field. Obtain quote requests from the sales field, take action as necessary to ensure the maintenance of contract accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and accounts in the health care industry, ensure that their questions are addressed, that data in their account is accurate, up to date, and communicated effectively to the customer.
• Interface with internal and external customers to complete non-pricing data needed and/or obtain clarification on non-pricing data needed to finalize contracts
• Review, revise, and negotiate specified contract terms with customers
• Generate contracts and contract amendments, including extensions, model add/delete, price changes, and terms and conditions, based on information provided by sales field
• Review all contracts to ensure compliance with established business guidelines, including securing appropriate approvals
• Other duties assigned by Leadership (e.g., Surface pricing discrepancies and validate requests for billing adjustments for collection/credit. Maintain accurate pricing based on models and direction provided by leadership.
