TEMPORARY CUSTOMER ADMIN

  • £12.59 per hour
  • Office hours Monday to Friday

    Do you enjoy providing high-quality customer service and support?
    Our client is looking to recruit a few new Customer Administrators to assist with an increased workload. You will be working with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
  • Dealing with inbound calls and assisting with general queries
  • Resolving queries or issues in a timely manner
  • Completing general administration and data entry tasks
  • Conducting outbound calls to chase outstanding information
  • Updating internal forms, records, and databases
  • Working with the team to ensure tasks are completed within expected timeframes
