We’re looking for part-time and full-time dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our small, friendly team at TreatBox – a brand built around thoughtful gifting, beautiful packaging, and making someone’s day a little brighter.
This is a temporary, office-based role focused on online customer support via email and phone – with the potential to continue longer-term for the right person.
You’ll be primarily handling email enquiries (approx. 90%) and occasional phone queries (approx. 10%). There is no face-to-face customer service, no retail counter work.
Please note: This is not a sales, social media, or warehouse packing role – it is a dedicated online customer support position. However, during quieter periods, you may be asked to assist the warehouse team with packing orders.

• Responding to customer emails with care, accuracy, and empathy – this is the core of your role.
• Handling complex issues like delayed or missing parcels and upset customers calmly and professionally.
• Supporting customers on the phone when needed – always friendly, helpful, and solutions-focused.
• Editing orders, updating addresses, and managing order-related queries with attention to detail.
• Providing general admin support – printing orders, updating spreadsheets, and assisting with office tasks.
• Helping pack orders and in the warehouse during quieter customer service times.
• Writing gift messages - Must have neat handwriting.
• Able to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Being part of casual behind-the-scenes content (e.g., popping up in Instagram Stories – no content creation required).
