We’re looking for part-time and full-time dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our small, friendly team at TreatBox – a brand built around thoughtful gifting, beautiful packaging, and making someone’s day a little brighter.
This is a temporary, office-based role focused on online customer support via email and phone – with the potential to continue longer-term for the right person.
You’ll be primarily handling email enquiries (approx. 90%) and occasional phone queries (approx. 10%). There is no face-to-face customer service, no retail counter work.
Please note: This is not a sales, social media, or warehouse packing role – it is a dedicated online customer support position. However, during quieter periods, you may be asked to assist the warehouse team with packing orders.
