Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (Flexible)
A leading business with a strong reputation for excellent customer care is seeking a number of Temporary Customer Service Advisors to support their busy Customer Experience team during the seasonal peak period. This is a fantastic opportunity for confident communicators to play a key role in assisting customers across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth pre and post purchase journey in a fun and friendly company!

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisors:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, review platforms and social media
  • Support customers throughout their pre and post purchase experience
  • Assist with complaints and issues, escalating when necessary to management or other departments
  • Process, update and amend orders, addresses and returns in line with company policies
  • Deliver efficient and accurate customer service in a fast paced environment

Experience Required:

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, positive and willing attitude
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced setting
  • Previous customer service or client facing experience
  • Flexibility to work weekends when required (Maximum 2 per month. Time off in the week provided; maximum of 5 working days per week unless overtime requested)
  • Available to start late September / early October and able to commit until January 2026
  • German, French, Italian or Spanish language skills highly desirable

You will receive weekly pay at £12.21 per hour and the opportunity to work within a professional, supportive and dedicated Customer Experience team.
