  • Experienced – ideally with previous contact centre experience and familiarity with handling complaints and resolving issues
  • Tech-savvy – experience using multichannel communication platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable

Hours: Minimum14 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 35 hours
Working Days: Up to 5 days between Monday and Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our valued customers through multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Managing administrative tasks, including refunds and bespoke requests
  • Providing timely, accurate, and friendly support across all business units
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience, fostering loyalty and repeat business
