As a vital member of our friendly Customer Service and Ticketing team, you’ll be supporting ticket-buying customers—making sure the show always goes on! Whether you’re on the phone, typing up a storm on live chat, or dazzling on social media, you’ll bring your energy and empathy to every interaction, delivering an Oscar-worthy performance every time.

Your role will include:

  • Helping customers book tickets for shows and events
  • Solving booking mysteries and answering queries with clarity and cheer
  • Championing the TicketSource brand with professionalism, personality… and just the right amount of sparkle.
