An exciting role has come up for a temporary Customer Service Assistant here at REFY to help support our team during peak season.
We are looking for an energetic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and goes the extra mile for customers.
The role will be a temporary contract running until the end of January 2026, with a one-month probationary period to review performance against agreed targets before continuation.
Core hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 16:00 PM.
Please note that availability is required for the two core BFCM weekends, as additional hours may be scheduled if needed, but are not guaranteed.
