An exciting role has come up for a temporary Customer Service Assistant here at REFY to help support our team during peak season.
We are looking for an energetic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and goes the extra mile for customers.
This is a temporary contract running until the end of January 2026, with a one-month probationary period to review performance against agreed targets before continuation.
The core hours are: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 PM.
This role is fully remote due to the working hours.
Please note that availability is required for the two core BFCM weekends, as additional hours may be scheduled if needed, but are not guaranteed.
