· Providing excellent customer service to our customers including delivering a quick response time, understanding the customers’ needs and requirements and trying to help as best as possible, via email, phone, and live chat
· Responding to customer feedback received via the company website and social media channels, in a timely and polite manner
· Always maintaining excellent customer service, especially during peak season where there are high volumes of tickets and phone calls
· Logging and updating relevant customer related information, in a timely and accurate manner
· Investigating and resolving delivery issues and reporting these where necessary
· Processing of telephone orders in a polite and timely manner
· Assisting in the processing of returns where appropriate
