We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: providing administrative support to programmes, including but not limited to course registration, class timetabling, examinations, and student liaison; providing secretarial support to committees and meetings; supporting academic staff in the daily operations of academic programmes; providing administrative, logistics and on-site support for activities and events of the School; compiling statistical reports and maintain database; liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders; and performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean of the School or her delegates. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: a recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant working experience in tertiary institutions would be an advantage; and good computer, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
