We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing administrative support to programmes, including but not limited to course registration, class timetabling, examinations, and student liaison; Crosschecking records and documents for license registration; Handling data, compiling statistical reports, and maintaining databases; Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings; Supporting academic staff in the daily operations of academic programmes; Providing administrative, logistics and on-site support for activities and events of the School; Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders; and Performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean of the School or her delegates. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Strong organisational skills, and attentive to detail; Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua, with a service-oriented and collaborative mindset; High computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; and Relevant working experience in tertiary institutions will be an advantage. Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Academic Support Officer.
