We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Facilities employee to maintain the exterior grounds of our branches. This role involves general landscaping duties to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff, in addition to other duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Mostly outside work, including, but not limited to: • Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain flower beds • Remove weeds, debris, and litter from landscaped areas • Watering plants, mulching, and planting flowers • Sweep parking lots, maintain walkways and outdoor spaces for cleanliness and safety • Cleaning of branches, unloading deliveries, and moving supplies when required • Perform various duties as required Requirements Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred • Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Must maintain a driver’s license, have a good driving record and reliable transportation • Must be punctual and address all matters in a professional manner • Ability to be flexible towards time management completing given tasks ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
