I am working with a leading organisation who are looking for a temporary Finance Assistant to join their fast-growing team temporarily for three months.
As the Finance Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the Finance team in looking after all day-to-day accounting functions.
The key purpose of this role is to assist in maintaining the company’s cashbooks and ledger postings, and support the smooth running of accounts payable.

The Role:

  • Maintain cashbooks and post entries
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Maintain fixed asset register and postings
  • Sales Ledger
  • Employee Expenses
  • Reconciliation

Your Profile:

  • You’ll be AAT Qualified up to level 3 or Qualified by Experience
  • Ideally Sage experience
  • You will be able to communicate clearly and concisely with senior
  • Strong Excel skills
