Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance & Business Operations Junior (Temp) to support our Finance and Sales Operations teams. The role focuses on reviewing legacy customer agreements, extracting and validating payment terms, and updating key business systems (HubSpot and Priority ERP). This is a temporary position with a clear project-based scope, ideal for a candidate who enjoys structured tasks, data accuracy, and working with financial and operational systems. Key Responsibilities Locate and review old customer agreements stored in internal repositories. Identify, verify, and extract payment terms and other relevant financial details. Update HubSpot CRM records with accurate payment term data. Update corresponding records in Priority ERP to ensure consistency across systems. Upload and update scanned/clean copies of legacy agreements into HubSpot for record-keeping. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of updated documentation. Collaborate with Finance, Account Management, and Sales Operations teams for clarification when needed. Report progress and flag missing/incomplete information to the Finance Operations Manager. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field – preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically. Good organizational and documentation skills. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a strong advantage). Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority experience preferred, but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets). Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain focus.
